Mental Programming

Emotional support during
challenging periods of ill health

Because when you are emotionally well, everything else improves too.
Sleep. Energy. The ability to care for yourself. The serenity with which you move through the process.

What is PROMESA?

PROMESA — Mental Programming for Health — is a programme for people going through a challenging period of ill health. It focuses on the emotional and mental dimensions of that process: the serenity with which you go through it, the emotional burden you carry, and the inner resources you can activate to care for yourself better at every moment.

PROMESA: Mental Programming for Health.

But PROMESA is also something much more intimate: the promise that you,
as a patient, decide to make to yourself.

The PROMISE to:
Care for yourself, nurture yourself and treat yourself with kindness throughout the process.
Take care of your nutrition, rest and physical vitality.
Face this stage with greater serenity and less emotional burden.

A promise that does not depend on the outcome. That does not require you to be brave all the time or always feel well. Only to make a commitment to yourself to give yourself what you need at each moment.

PROMESA: Mental Programming for Health.

A clinically designed programme,
with rigorous follow-up and
scientific validation.

In this initial stage, patients will be selected directly by their doctors, to ensure that the programme reaches those who can benefit most from it and at the right moment in their process.
Once the results of this phase have been consolidated, PROMESA will be available to all patients who want to join.
